At Jigsaw, we provide career coaching, interview preparation, and confidence-boosting support for women facing real barriers to employment. Many of the women we meet have experienced long-term unemployment, economic hardship, or repeated rejection.
It’s a privilege to help them rediscover their strengths and step into their future with confidence. Watching them shine, and secure life-changing roles, is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Allison, our founder, is a proud member of the Development Board for Simon Community Scotland, the largest provider of homelessness services in Scotland and supports people across the country affected by homelessness. Their work is absolutely vital, offering not just shelter, but also connection, support, and dignity to those in crisis.
